The Future of Industrial Decarbonization and Technology Innovation With Clean Air Task Force

Cornell Atkinson and the Clean Air Task Force (CATF) share a strong and growing partnership focused on advancing research and analysis to support deep decarbonization. This event features a conversation with Darryle Ulama, Senior Technology and Infrastructure Manager for CATF’s Industrial Innovation program, on CATF’s approach to industrial decarbonization, technology innovation, and high-impact advocacy. 

Bio: Darryle Ulama is the Senior Technology and Infrastructure Manager for the Clean Air Task Force’s Carbon Capture program, where he focuses on infrastructural constraints and opportunities for broader decarbonizationin the United States and Europe; develops analytical tools and models to inform carbon capture and storage policy analysis, technology development, and advocacy; and investigates regional and sector-specific industrial decarbonization pathways. Previously, Darryle served as Senior Policy Manager at Bloom Energy, leading legislative and regulatory strategy in New York, and has contributed to federal and local climate policy analysis through the Energy Futures Initiative/AFL-CIO and the New York City Mayor’s Office of Resiliency. He was a graduate researcher with the MIT–Harvard Roosevelt Project, and he received a Masters in Environmental Policy and Planning from MIT and an undergraduate degree from the University of Pennsylvania.
